The issues surrounding fracking are contentious, and this article’s roots come from my attempt to gain a better understanding of them. My gut feeling is that the impact of fracking on groundwater appears to be overblown – the evidence simply isn’t there to justify the nonsense coming from the rabid environmental crowd.
